Discontinued Delta faucet parts?

Question:I have a faucet that leaks , because the handles don't shut properly anymore. I have looked all over for repair kit, because my faucet is about 8 years old , no one carries it. Does anyone what I can do (other than shutting the main valve) how I can temporarily repair this till I find the part, and where I could find it.

Answers:
Try the website below. They had parts for our pressure assisted toilet. Their service was quick.

Good Luck!

Delta has a lifetime guarantee on most faucets including older ones. get their toll free number and they likely can determine the problem and send parts maybe free.most likely seats and seals
the parts u need are called seats & springs, u can get them anywhere, and they are the same ones they used in'78. easy fix
Find an old hardware store.

New faucets are really cheap nowdays.
Ma'am,
If it's just 8 years old, the necessary replacement parts are available.

I repair/rebuild Delta's a lot (blip) older than that.

Is it a two handle? Single lever?
You may have to go to a wholesale house, but you can indeed get what you need to repair it.
