Great shoes & boots for all kinds of work needs. They really last a long time(years) too so are worth the price.
Shoes For Crews is what my boss use at work and it really helps.
if they have thinsulate insides, use silicone spray on the uppers. if uninsulated, use an oil conditioner like mink oil or other products that are available. i wear red wing boots and use their oil on them, keeps the leather soft and the boots dry on the inside. also, they're great boots, with a great guaranty, even the laces are covered. i do roofing and wear the soles out rather quickly, just take them in to the store, they ship them out and resole them for like $60.00 and get them back in four or five days. they feel like new and the best part is, they are already broken in. good luck, hope this helps.
wolverine, timberland, high tech (also have composite toe available)
Go to Wal-Mart, Sears or a good Army-Navy surplus store and get them. Expect to spend $80 - $120 for a good pair that will last. Make sure they're labeled ANSI Z-75.
