I installed a new faucet, and water is coming out of the hot side, but trickling on the right. Whats wrong?

There is a divider valve between the hot and cold sides, if you placed the valve in wrong at assembly, it will be skewed one way or the other, so you need to make sure that the diverter is centered when you install the center part. If it was already assembled, then it may take some disassembly and reassembly to get the diverter valve between the hot and cold sides aligned properly.
Could be any number of things. Shut the water off, take the Cold line apart, double check that all lines are clear and working, re fasten the joints, (you didn't say if it's PVC,CPVC,Copper, or Pressure Fittings) but that is basic plumbing, take the bad side back apart and re-assemble it. All water runs on the same pressure, there is one line in, one out to sewer. What happens in the middle is just that, in the middle. If Hot has pressure then Cold should also, if one is not working, do the work again and make certain it is free of errors and or obstructions.

you need to use tape and pipe glue on all water lines
You didn't say if this was a kitchen sink faucet or Bath faucet, is it single valve or separate hot/cold knobs? During the installation, you had to shut the water off, did you use the individual shut-offs to the fixture? Many times, these are cheap "gate" type valves and when you turn the valve back on, the gate "sticks", only allowing a small amount of water past it. Also, sometimes when the water is turned off, then back on, mineral deposits can break loose and obstruct the flow. Provide a little more info (what type of piping, single or dual faucet, where is it installed, etc.) and we may be able to assist better.
