power wash or clean repair area, apply glue and fill with patching cement, shape it, then keep it and the area around it damp for c couple days. Wet towel over repair.

If the curbs are on your property (not city street) you could drill into the broken area and insert metal rods to hold the repair and form the cement/concrete to the original shape. Use a binder on the old surface to bond the new material. If it is the street curb, check with the city department. Some areas require a licenced pro to do the work.
