Someone tried to force my upvc windows & keyed my boyfriend's car - how to repair damage?

Question:Someone took a bit of a dislike to my boyfriend last week, it seems. Went out one day to find his car keyed (it's dark red metallic paint) and it seems like someone tried to break into the house too; one of the UPVC kitchen windows has a couple of small chips in the glass and some kind of marks that looks like someone's tried to pry open the window with a screwdriver or something.

How can we fix all this and how much will it cost?!

Answers:
Take the car to a detailer. They can try to rub out the scratches.
