Try Google (Neptune taps suppliers UK?) This gives a selection of possible sources for Neptune taps. If you can take a digital photo of the tap and send it to Neptune customer service perhaps they will be able to help?
Otherwise visit your nearest private plumbing supply store and ask them for help.
Go to your local hardware/plumbing shop, there are other things you can get which fit over the splines on the tap and are held tight by a grub screw then when the tap head is put back it is a lot tighter I have had these and it works.
You can buy a set of tap inserts that replace the inner bit of the tap and the head. These come in a variety of sizes and fit a lot of taps but not all. In my experience if its not a standard size you will end up replacing the whole tap.
Unless you are familiar with all aspects of plumbing, leave the job to a plumber. It is always better to replace taps with new ones. In the old days, taps were BS 1010 type and were easily repaired, unfortunately they were replaced by BS5412 which have built-in obsolescence, You probably dont have the necessary tools to remove the taps anyway.
turn water off, while holding tap body, remove cartridge, buy cheap set of taps remove cartridges fit to old tap body.
done
You can normally replace the tap head gear. I think they sell them as tap revivers.
