What does MAC UPDATED mean?


Question:I have been looking at houses recently and have noticed that quite a few have the term "MAC UPDATED" in their description. What does this mean?

Answers:
I believe it has to do with Freddie Mac financing assistance and the house being eligible.

Mac daddy of a house.
Possibly a reference to anything Mac. Cheap and not very good, as in a Mac-Job. Shoddy and inexpensive work done on the upgrade.
