For concrete on grade you would want to stay in the urthane deck coating area. If you have vehicle traffic you will want the traffic grade. There are lots of manufacturers but Gaco is for sale to the general public. Pacific Polymers also makes good coating, just check yellow pages under decks/coating. The prep is very important and needs to be pressure washed to clean the pores. Then a primer (epoxy) or urethane goes down to seal the concrete. Then a base coat and then top coat with dry sand brodcast to provide a non slip surface. The material is expensive but well worth the added cost for the longevity.
You might consider getting some bids from contractors to minimize ending up with a ton of extra coating. Most is only sold in 5 gal pails. Good luck
You want to use a 2 part epoxy paint. Sherwin Williams makes a good one.
