if it is a submersible and you pumped well dry the pump went down from running with no water...will have to be replaced...if it is a jet pump and it pumped well dry and the motor just hums.. then when it ran out of water it melted the impellor, diffuser, and seal...these will need to be replaced before pump will work.if it didnt pump the well dry it should have just kept on running/
Have you tried using the spellchecker?
Turn off and re-set one more time then call someone to fix
prime use water.
you ran your well dry and the pump did what it was suppose to do. Turn everything off, and wait for the water to return.
What fuses, do you mean the electrical box fuses - that usually doesn't have anything to do with it except it is a good thing because you can burn out your pump.
You might have to prime your pump as well, since it has been off for awhile, good luck, hope you don\'t have to call a plumber
If it is a submersible pump and you ran the well dry, replace the fuse and move the lever on the pressure switch slightly (not enough to make it click) and hold it until the pump brings the pressure up to about 20 PSI, then release it and the pressure should continue to rise.
