What temperature is my kenmore side by side made in 12 of 2004 ice maker on the door supposed to be at?

Question:the inside temperature is only cooling to 45 but i think its supposed to be lower than that?

also my fan is always running inside the fridge but it never shuts off why is this?

the compressor does shut off but the fan dont?

It should be at 0 or below. If it is never reaching its set point the fan could keep running. If it is only 45 degree, I would say you need to call someone in. Good luck

It should be set at 0 degrees and when was the last time you cleaned real good under the fridge?dust and dirt will ''kill'' the fridge from overheating the compressor, did you buy it new? you should still have a warranty to fall back on.Check into it.
