Spiders in my car!!?
Question:I have a convertible that sometimes leaks when it rains. I guess the moisture in my car has seemed to attract some very small nasty little spiders. I was getting out of my car one day when I saw a few crawling on the floor mat. The longer I stayed and killed the itty bitty creatures, the more I saw. It freaked me out. How the hell do I get them out of my car without spending a lot of money or taking my car anywhere?

Let some birds in your car.
I would go to some place like Lowes maybe Wal-Mart and see if they have a bug killer that would do the job of getting rid of the spiders.
It sounds as though you had a spider nest that hatched your new carpoolers. Chances are you will not be able to pinpoint the location of the nest and they have since dispersed anyway. You could vaccum it thoroughly and then close all the windows and put it in the hot sun to bake a few days. Even if you do nothing...with no food source inside your car they will not last long. Baking them, if it does not directly kill them, will cause them to lose body moisture and die out quicker.
It could have been worse...could have been a nest of wasps!
If there's one... eventually egg sacs will hatch into hundreds...
Food source may be other tiny critter like... flies that come in & out at times.
Look under seats in trunk spaces also. Look for their egg sacs similar to a small cacoon like structure.
Vacuum thoroughly - if you still find some around you could try to...
Sprinkle dry bug repellents or pesticide (comes in form of tiny bead like rocks or powder) on your carpet over night. Some bug repellents are organic!
Vacuum up the loose particles in the morning & drive with top down for fresh air... You're now pest free from those spiders.
