Removing super glue from Kitchen counter?
Question:I have super glue stuck to my counter and i need to get it off. It was from a project i was doing and i left it on a plastic plate. I really need some help because we are moving and if we dont get it off soon, we are going to have to pay for it to be replaced. So if you have any ideas i would be very happy to hear them. thanks.

The only thing that really removes the real "Superglue" is acetone. Hopefully your counter is something like corian or granite. Actually, nail polish remover is mostly acetone, and will work just fine. If you happen to have one of the nicer wood finishes, then use the acetone, and then you can use a stain that matches what you have to bring it all back to normal. If it is a harder substance, then use a razor to remove the bulk, and then the acetone, or, polish remover. Good luck
apply nail-polish remover as quick as you can... if you leave it for more than 3 days.. it is posible tht it may never remove..
Welp depending on your counter top-I would try nail polish remover.Nail polish remover contains acitone and acitone removes super glue----ON MOST counter tops that should be the fix for your prob
Acetone is the go! But try it on an out-of-the-way part of your bench first! Depending on what your counter is made of, Acetone may dissolve things you DON'T want to dissolve...
