Fixing a commercial Refrigerator.?

Question:I have a commercial refridgerator, and water has been collecting there and is now frozen over, preventing food and beverages from becoming cool.Is there any way to fix this?

Answers:
Your question is a little vauge, I am assuming that water is gathering and not draining from the evaporator pan which is located at the top of the box(inside), turn the unit off and let thaw out and fully deice. Pull the screws from the evaporator pan out and lower the pan and inspect for debris or dirt in the drain hole, clear out and test, verify water is draining out, then remount.

The ice is forming because the condensate is rising and making contact with the evaporator coil instead of draining out of the box. good luck hope that helps!
