My garage door opener does not close my garage door all the way and sometimes they wheels come off the track.?

Question:My garage door opener only shuts about 3/4 of the way down then brings it back up. sometimes it takes the wheels off the tracks. How can I fix that?

Answers:
It is almost certainly that your tracks are out of line either because they are bent or the the wheels themselves are bent or loose. Either way it is not a job for an amateur. You can get hurt trying to do this yourself but worse if you do it wrong someone else, your loved ones, can be injured if the door malfunctions. Call a local roll-up door specialist.
