How the hell can i clean out my intex pool...?

Question:Its a 12-36 (i think) and we left it out all winter long. I took a power washer to it LOL. It helped it alot. But theres dirt in it. And i dont want to flip it over again. Its so hard to put it back. THeres a little bit of dirt and bugs in it. SO i figured id fill it up and let it run over. I soon learned that one of the sides was down. And it wouldnt fill up right. So now i have to empty it and get the dirty out of it. And then put the side inside then put water in it and the sides will raise as it fill. Is there anything available at walmart or any store like that to clean it out with??

Put just enough water in to scrub it really good, then suck it out with a shop vac.
