How to repair water sippage in floor air ductwork?

Question:

Answers:
That would depend if you duct is below grade or above grade and below a raised floor. If it is below a raised floor you simply need to find your foundation access panel, crawl under the house find the leaks and seal them with a water proof duct sealer assuming you have metal ductwork. If it is flex duct it will be easier to replace it rather than repair it. If this sounds hard then call a professional. If it is underground you have a much bigger problem and there is no way you should attempt to do it yourself.
