I have a heatpump low side is 10 psi and the high side is 150 psi what is wrong please help?

Low pressure being to low could be do to blocked up filter or evaporator fan not running. Make sure your airflow is good. Other than that it could be a blockage like the before post states. You really can't do much else unless your certified. This is not a DIY job.

freon restriction.recover feon,open system at air handler and blow through system with nitrogen from both sides.put back together.blew through again.vacuum and test.also check txv will in the process of this.if this does not work.replace evap coil
