Dualit Heating Element Toaster Repair?

Question:I have a 2 slice Dualit toaster that 1/2 of one slot is not heating. Any suggestions on how to fix it? What might be wrong? Websites with instructions?

This is a very expensive toaster and works great except for this 1/2 side not working.

you might take the cover off and look and see it the element is burned into if that is the case need to be replaced
