My grass has patches of yellow after I put scotts products on it, what can I do?
Question:

If you used weed and feed then the weeds may be what is dieing not the grass. Take a good look to see if the product is just doing what it's supposed to.
water. you probably have an over feeding situation in spots..
water and water a lot!
Put fertilizer and water it, but if you have dogs this will continue to happen, continuously urinating in the same places can cause yellow patches. Or you can call a company that applies fertilizer and ask them what you can do to fix the problem
I would try a different brand of weed killer (I assume thats what you're doing) if I were you. Chances are, whatever type of grass you have cannot handle the chemicals in the spray. I'd try fertalizers as well, which will help your grass to grow in nice and thick, making it hard for weeds to grow in between the thick root system of the grass.
If all else fails and you have a small lawn, I'd check out some commercial lawn care services. A lot of places like Tru-Green Chemlawn are VERY reasonably priced (we get ours done for rougly 40 dollars, four times a year.) and they'll have your lawn thick and green in no time!
