If you are trying to chose between gas or elect means of heat first check what each costs in your area( meaning cost of each unit of supply) check with utility company for your present home to see what the home utility bills were over the last year or 2. How many people in home is also a factor. How do you presently heat your water. Is gas aval. to home already? etc.
