Why does my 31 day clock lose time?

Question:It's a Windsor pendel 31 day wall clock... it loses a couple of minutes a day..How can i fix this?

Answers:
If it loses time, shorten the pendelant swing. There is a nut on the bottom that you can use to do this. Turning it clockwise will shorten it.

Another reason they will lose time is because they're not perfectly level. You might want to check this first.

Hope it helps.
