How do u sharpen a razor?

Question:like a utility razor

Answers:
get a very fine sharpening stone and practice, draw the blade across the stone and a shallow angle to wear down the side of the blade to make the blade thinner, the first few tries you will probably dull the blade but after a while you will get the hang of making the blade thinner, sharper, and finer

Carefully.
You don't you replace the blades...
Like "k K" stated -- you don't. Toss out the dull blade and replace. You do not want to invest time in sharpening dulled-out utility knife blades, trust me.
A utility razor needs to be replaced with a new one, be careful when you replace it, they are dangerous & stay sharp enough t cute you at any time. When you dispose of it put it into some thing that it can't cut throw, like a small box or the container the the new one was in.
utility razors are too cheap to try to sharpen. Replace it!
Stitches in the hand are far more expensive than a new blade.
I keep a small piece of 220 grit sanding paper with me when doing any cutting and frequently run it across my blade as I work...I have one blade for the same duration as my husband who went thru 10!! They may seem "cheap" as an item, but, as with everything else it all adds up!
