I have an apartment with a balcony for a window and the rest of the windows can't have window units.?

Question:I don't have central air conditioning and my lease says no window units. How can I keep it cool for not a lot of money?

Answers:
They make an AC unit that is ok to run indoors. Wal mart has one there about $300. They have other ones too that maybe cheaper and more expensive.
