How can I fix my dryer exhaust system?
Question:We've had a lot of rain recently and the extra water has flooded the exhuast pipe from my dryer. Now my dryer won't run, becuase it doesn't have good air flow. My dryer is under warranty but I'm not sure if the dryer manufacturer fixes stuff like this. Who would I call? Can I do this myself?

Call a plumber. Most will have the equipment, which is usually a long, spinning brush, to unclog your dryer vent. I've got a similar problem at my house.
You need to repair the reason water can enter the duct. Unless the installer ran the exhaust duct (and maybe even if so) the warranty probably won't cover this. The duct should be pitched downward anyways so the humidity from duct doesn't run back to the dryer. check to see if you can change the duct or the area where the water is coming in.
I think you have something else wrong with your dryer.Haveing your exhaust blocked doesnt keep your dryer from running. If its under warranty call the store where you purchased it.
