How do you repair chipped off plaster in a pool?

Question:

Answers:
There is a product you can get at your local home improvement store called Hydraulic Cement. This is a fast (2min.) setting cement made for wet conditions, I would recommend draining the pool to get some access to it, but this stuff can repair cracks/holes in a submerged sea wall. Good luck

Hydraulic Cement - a cement that hardens under water; made by heating limestone and clay in a kiln and pulverizing the result.
