Cooker Trouble..help please !!?

Question:I have a fan oven with hob..Kompact BCE601SS. The hob is working and the grill which is in the oven not separate and the fan is also working but the fan should not come on till the cooker reaches a certain temperaure but it comes on straight away...does anyone have any ideas to what is wrong and what sound I be looking for. I have tried all the programme settings and the ato settings but still nothing any help would be much appreciated..serious answers only please..

I'm not familiar with this particular appliance, but it sounds like you have a thermostat or relay that is bad . The website given by a previous answer might give you a print or diagram you could follow. Good luck.
