Question:dirt comming out from under garage , garage higher then grond level

this my friend is not good and could cause bigger problems. I would build some sort of retaining wall to keep this soil from eroding. The cost for that is a whole lot cheaper than a new concrete pad and or complete garage. good luck.
build little retainer all you need to do is set a form around perimiter and pour like a small sidewalk type retainer
I am trying to picture this in my mind with garage higher than ground level. Is there a drainage problem when it rains there?
Is the dirt going into your garage or on outside eroding out from it?
You may need to figure away to redirect heavy water flow or drain wet areas around your structure. Use of dry wells is a good choice or landscaping using channels, dry beds
and retaining walls.
In any case you need to do something before you have a "wash out". Fixing this now will be minor compared to the damage that it will cause later down the road.
