My air conditioner is broken.the line keeps freezing?
Question:and circulation gets poor...i checked under the house and the drain pan isn't draining but that wouldn't explain the line freezing up.any quick fixes I can do myself?

-You need to be sure that the blower wheel inside is clean. You need to be sure that the evaporator coil inside is clean. If they are not, it will not be possible to charge the unit properly. Until you verify, you cannot be sure that there is anything wrong with the refrigerant charge. In this case, the filter is sort of like closing the barn door after the horse is gone. The air filter is supposed to prevent the dirt in the blower wheel and evaporator coil.
Make sure the fan is blowing* check to make sure your filter is clean allowing air to flow over the evaperator* and if both of those are good you are more than likely LOW on charge
