My bathroom door got locked and i don't know what to do!?
Question:my mom locked the bathroom door so no one would use the broken toilet, but i need to get in there to use the shower! on the outside there is a little tiny hole...like big enough for an ice pick...so does anyone know how to open a lock like this?

The hole in the knob is either for an ice pick or something small and straight. If it's a push button lock, all you have to do is push the 'pick' or whatever thing straight in. You'll feel a little tip in there. Push on it and it'll pop open.
If it's a turn the lock one, you'll need a small screwdriver, the flat kind. You push it into the hole, and when you hit the tip, rotate the little screwdriver till it slips into the groove. Then turn it one way or the other and it'll unlock.
Get a screw driver and remove the door knob.
That's funny, your Mom was on here last night asking the same question. Seems you guys have a major dilemna.
push a small pointed object in the hole and it will release the lock
force a paper clip straight inside, then turn the handle
You just need to stick something into that hole and it should unlock...
use an icepick, the metal thing that goes in the holes on a belt or a coat hanger. push it in the lock will open.
All you do is take a thin firm rod directly into the hole as straight as you can and just push. The door lock should just pop.
You may have to probe and push a bit but it will work.

I grew up with these. You just push a nail through the hole, and while pushing down you'll push the lock mechanism, and turn the handle WHILE pushing the nail. I bet you're not after a shower, though.. Mom's pain killers in there? Her good Chanel make up?
get a toothpick, break the tip off, so its not pointy. then stick it in the hole and push. keep doing that over and over again until you hear a click
or kick the door, it wont break
take a boby pin and push it in the hole, you will feel a grove in there, try to get the boby pin in the middle of the grove and turn left. Should pop it out right away.
