I live in houston, how do i insulate our windows?

Question:

Answers:
Heavy drapes help. You can also install some engery efficient windows if yours are not.

Window awnings are great for reducing direct solar load.
There is a sheet or reflective film which can be installed on some windows and they are quite adequate for reducing solar and reflective heat loads. Further information may be obtained from your government energy office on better ways to insulate your property which includes winter and summer conditions.
Hope this helps.
