Question:DA sander drains the air in the tank too fast and then the sander don't work. What can I do to regulate the pressure in the line to stay some what constant??

Answers:
you'll need a bigger compressor, DA take a ton of Air

It may be that it is old, or it may be that your tank is too small. Most compressors are good at getting good air pressure, but many air tools need air volume. The bigger the tank, the more volume.
How large is the compressor? If it is a smaller "pancake" style, then it just isn't ever going to be powerful enough. If it is a larger (19 gallon or so) and is not doing the job then you probably just need a new regulator, which can be bought at any home improvement center, I would suggest Home Depot they sell husky and campbell hausfield which are good compressor products.
A "DA" sander takes lots and lots of air to operate. I suspect your compressor doesnt pump enough to keep up with demand.
If you go for a larger compressor check the rating printed right on the side and get one large enough to handle the demand. Fair warning: A compressor large enough is not cheap! Also a big tank has no relation to big compressor pump.
