Good question, I hope someone knows, I need to do that too.
Go to parts at sears.com and type in the model number of your mower. It will give an exploded view of the machine. According to the diagram in the owners manual, there are a couple of bolts and the whole assembly will come off. Probably the worst part of it will get getting to it.
