I have a burn mark on the inside of my microwave door. Is it dangerous?

No. But if it sparks when you put it on, just take a little enamel paint and paint the place where it burned.Microwaves only spark on metal.If you paint over the metal it will stop .Dont worry it is not dangerous
No, the burn mark shouldn't cause a problem. You really only need to worry if you damage that "screen" inside the door that has the holes in it. The holes are sized such that the waves cannot pass through.
maybe take a small florescence light bulb small one no more than a 12 inch one put something in the microwave and turn it on high power run the florescence tube around the outer door where the seal is. If the tube starts 'glowing' any where along the tube while the microwave is on. This means the seal around the door is leaking ! replace at once
No , burn marks are ok, i would clean it first and see if it has gone ,if not it should be ok . check your door is not metal with a plastic coating on it if it is check its not wearing away?
