Whiteboard-how can i make it "work" better?
Question:My white board/dry-erase board is SO hard to erase!! whenever i use it i have to have wondow cleaner or rubbing alcohal close by so that i can erase it. Even with that it is still sooo hard!!...can anyone help me out here??

stupid question: are you using the right markers?
From my experence its the markers that matter. I have students that actually shower board hat has been cut up into 10X12 peices and they work just fine with Rose Art dry earase markers...and they are cheap!

You're cleaning method is probably why. A dry-erase board should be able to be cleaned off without any problem with a damp cloth. There is, however, a product made specifically for that type of board. Usually sold where the boards are sold. The cleaner you're using could have damaged the finish and that's why it won't clean easily.
Do you use dry erase markers because those are the ones you are supposed to use and if you do not have any you could go to office max and buy some. If you use permanent markers then you might want to try and use simple green.
