How do you adjust carburetor on Weed Eater SST 45 Trimmer??Also, does spinning string part need lubrication?

Question:I see the two adjusting screws (next to each other), but not sure how to adjust. Also please advise if I need to do any other lubrication to this equipment, and advise if any other maintenance is required for this equipment (other than air filter). How is air filter serviced, just wash? or wash and oil or ?

Answers:
tighten both screws all the way with the trimmer off.
Open the "L" standing for low 1 and a quarter turns
Open the "H" 1 and a half turns. this is for the high or when you are giving it full gas.
Start the trimmer and listen to how it runs just sitting there.
Tinker with the low until it idles ok without any gas/trigger.
Then give it full gas and tinker with the H until it screams without missing any. If with full gas it smokes and sounds bogged down "Lean it up" by tightening the high a little
