Extension of a flat with minimum of pulling down and expense and maximum use of the present built-up area?

Question:How could one do this .. can someone say .. the flat is one bedroom / drawing / kitchen with gallary beyond the kitchen and drwaing room.. the situation is entrance > drawing room > balcony ///// to the right od the drawing room is a passage for toilet bathroom and right side kitchen .. center of the passage takes u to the bedroom..

I know u will not get a good view but . still if u can help.. and answer this question...\
