Kenmore 80 series washer #110.228802101?

Question:My washer does not stop the water when spins at the end and the cloths are wet and not ready for dryer. I have to menualy twist them so I can use the dryer. I checked the water pomp looks ok. I can spin very easy the water pomp but I dont know is it the way this should be. I checked the timer and I clean all contacts because the washer was not able to drain water and now it drains. Also checked all houses but they are ok nothing in them. Also checked the pressure swith for the water level and this looks ok. Also checked the agitator unit on top and it looks ok the washer agitates. I even removed the motor to check the connection between motor and gears but was ok too. I am thinking now that the valves where the water comes in the washe does not open and close when it needs to because when I go in spin mode and the water comes in I just turn of the cold water valve from outside and it spins ok and the cloths are dry. And forget to say I changed the lid switch. Any ideas whatisgingon

Answers:
Either the water inlet valves are faulty or the procesor that controls the valves is faulty.

The processor is built into the mother board so you may have to replace the whole boars, but take it to a repairers to see if you can get it fixed first.
