OMG. my air conditioning broke ?
Question:what can i do to make it feel cooler? instead of calling the repair ppl of couse, because i already have an appoinmtent for them to come..just, what can i do untill then?

Go to Lowe's, Home Depot, WalMart, Target etc. and find as many square window fans as you will need, Open windows place fans in windows, use cardboard to cover openings on both sides of the fan and use duct tape to keep the cardboard in place. This should do until the repair people get there.
well get a fan and a misting spray bottle filled with water.You might want to dress in bare essentials.Direct the fan on you and spray water toward the fan-the water will blow on you-like a Minny cool zone.That's if you are lounging watchin TV
Open the windows and put the fan so its blowing out-this will help get the hot stuffy air out of the house and create a cross breeze
If its cool at night-reverse the fan(s)so they blow the cool night air into the house
Hope the ac repairman works Sundays and holidays as they prob do-they can make there boat payment with one service call that way
pay the repair people to come out. by the time you do anything else to help you are better off just paying us to come out and fix it for you right without any cost of things that you wont use after its fixed anyway.
