I just replaced my solenoid switch in my automatic sprinklers?

Question:Now I cant get them to shut off . How do I fix this problem?

Answers:
If you mean solenoid valve, then you need to find out if the solenoid opens or closes the valve with voltage present and then determine if the controller is actually switching the voltage as it should. If the voltage is being switched and the valve state doesn't change, then the new solenoid valve is bad. If the controller is not switching the control voltage to the solenoid when it should, then the controller or the wiring between the two is bad.

Switch around the wires. You may have it hooked up wrong.
