I have a solid wood table that has been a little bit damaged by nail acetone, is there any way of fixing it?

Question:

Answers:
Nail polish and polish remover both contain acetone. Acetone will dissolve any finish and if it is a good table I would not follow any of the other advice, I would take it to a professional shop and have it done that way. Cost more, less work for you, and it will be done right.

I do that stuff myself, but then I am a professional.

Depends on the damage, If it is only wood polish that has came off just go to any home improvement store and ask for wood polish. This should fix it. Even if the wood looks a little dry or damaged this may fix it.
Clean up the spill area with fine steel wool (not the soap pad type) and then reapply a finish or wax.
You can lightly sand down the spot (try not to get into the stain) and apply a new sealer in that spot in layers, lightly sanding between layers with a very fine sand paper until the finish is level with the old finish. On the final coat, lightly sand the whole table top and apply sealer. If it is discolored you might be able to apply a matching stain before the sealer. Pay attention to the directions on the stain and sealer cans. If you are a perfectionist, you will want to refinish the whole table.
The best but, hardest way would be to sand and refinish the entire table to keep it looking un-patchy. This is not as hard as it sounds. You can buy finish remover to remove the rest of the finish. Wipe, clean with water and refinish with your choice of stains.
