Question:My water base on my portable hoop is leaking how can I sell it for $60 or more should I sell it in a garage sale or to a store in parts or something else? I am going to get a inground system now

Simple ideas for simple solutions.
If it is a small hole, being plastic you can take a hot knife and rub over gently and it will seal the hole and not leave a eye sore of a patch job. This can also be done on the seam.
Also, clear silicone applied with your finger will also have the same results. If the hole is any larger that these ideas don't resolve the problem, I myself would not sell it except at a discount price letting the buyer know up front it has a defect.
Honesty is always your best policy when selling anything.
If I recall, the base is basically a plastic tank. If the leak is on a mold seam.you may be able to stuff some kind of heavy plastic bag into the base to act as a liner. If the leak is a hole, and not to large.you may be able to seal it with a suitably sized self tapping metal screw with some silicone caulking on the threads.
Failing these solutions, maybe consider using sand as balast weight instead of water....of couse this makes the system less "portable"
