Water damage?

Question:my driver's seat window was open when it rained yesterday. last night i cupped water out of my car. it took a long time. there was like two inches of water on the whole floorboard. i plan on taking it to a vaccuum place so i can suction the water out. there's a lot of water still! i didn't do it earlier. i should have. so i have to go clean up this big disaster. got any other ideas? or tips. or anything.
aside from closing the window before or when it rains.

Answers:
suck out what you can with a shop vac, and then a lot of car washes have carpet cleaners, use one of those to get the rest of the water out and clean the carpet, you should probably use some deodorizer in the whole car and if there is no chance of rain while you are at work or home you should leave the windows down and let it air out some. good luck with the radio and everything else

You need a shop vac to suck the water out of it. Then simply let it run with the heater on to dry it. Or if you have a garage open the doors and put a fan blowing in it. Hope this helps.
you should definately take it to a high powered vacume then use a fan or let it air dry.as far as the radio, check the fuse.good luck
vacuum the water out then place a dehumidifier in the car with the windows up that should do the trick if you don't have a dehumidifier you can rent one
