Answers:
Try putting a paper towel soaked in vinegar, leave in on there for awhile, and let it get really wet, then take a plastic or rubber spatula, and gently scrape it off, keep adding vinegar, to help loosen it.

soak it for a few minutes and use a scrub brush that will soften the dough enough to get it off...
use a metal spatula to scrape it off. Put some kind of chemical cleaner on it to soften it, and then scrape it.
You need to get a scrapper with a razor blade in it, you can find them at the hardware store. Wipe the stove with a damp towel and then use the scrapper. Never use abrasives on a glass top stove, it will damage the surface.
use a razor blade scraper .for sure it will come off..by way u wanna share the cookies ..mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
no joke lime away for cermic tile works good
spray a little bit of a bleach/water mixture on it. let it sit for a little while and then scrap it off with something sturdy.
