If you want to sharpen your serrated knife, you can find a manual serrated knife sharpener a www.instawares.com. Take a look at it and then look at your local Wal Mart for one, look in the housewares department with the kitchen knives and/or the sporting goods department with the other knife sharpeners.

It actually CAN be done, but it's not easy. You need to get a special sharpening stone for the job. It is long and round so that it fits into each serration ... you have to sharpen each one individually.
using a carpenters oil stone or whetstone
