Strange names customers give to parts? In addition to thingamajig and whatchamacallit.?

Question:I had a customer one time and he kept referring to the "monkey". He was talking about a part in the toilet(water closet). After a minute I remembered I was a plumber and whatever this monkey was, it wasn't going to fool me. I checked the toilet and discovered a bad flapper. I replaced the flapper and showed him the part. He was happy and told me,"Yes sir. That's that dang monkey."
