You really need to provide a bit more information, but I'll try. To begin, remember that as well as a water supply line, you need to have a drain installed as well. Does any portion of your studio share a wall with the existing kitchen or a bathroom? If it does, your in luck because that would be where to locate the new sink. It could share hot/cold water supplies with the bath or kitchen, and the new drain could tie into the existing bath or kitchen drain. If there is no shared "plumbing wall", how far away is the closest water supply and drain?? The real problem is going to be the drain/vent installation, the water lines can be run within the floor joist cavities with either CPVC or polybutylene piping. Drains must be pitched slightly for proper draining, the further away a drain is located, the more chance there is that there won't be enough room to pitch the drain without it being seen. And, the drain must be vented as well. Hopefully, you have a plumbing wall where you can tie into - all you do is open up the wall, let the plumber do his thing with the supplies and drain, then patch the wall. He'll tie into the existing drain with what's called a "sanitary tee"., the supplies are a piece of cake.
it depends how far away the nearest water connect is. if there is one close by then it should be that big of deal. If not then it can be expensive. hopefully this studio is right above or below a bathroom or a kitchen.
