call your local home center and ask them for the life of me i cant think of it and I have a chainsaw your memory is the first thing that goes when you get old now what was the question again ?
Since there are multiple chainsaws homelite sells, I recommend using their site to find the appropriate gap setting for your saw.

Upon further investigation on this website, 0.025 is the correct setting for all their chainsaws.
i usually use the thickness of the edge of my pocket knife and then just gap it alittle more, ive been doing it that way for years and ive never had any troubles
Brand doesn't matter. You need to get one with the same reach (thread length) as the old one and one in the same temperature range as the old one ( too hot a plug can cause overheating and too cold a plug will cause sluggish performance). If you can find the exact same model from the same maker as the old one, you are quite safe and don't have to worry about all the other stuff I just said.
