How do you remove Sharpie off of a backpack?
Question:I really need to know how...my backpack needs to look better for school.

It's probably on there for good. Try washing the whole thing in a washing machine (gentle cycle) and maybe you can sew a patch over whatever part you do not like. Good luck!

If the backpack is washable (not leather or suede) try washing it on gentle in cold water with OxyClean and laundry detergent. Pretreat it with some Clorox 2. If that doesn't work, all is probably lost, love.
