Does central air still work?

Question:even when you can't feel no air comming out. or is it my blood presure sky high..

Answers:
If there's no air coming out, the fan could be shot. another possibility is that the compressor ( the outside unit) is clogged with leaves and dirt. Remove the sheetmetal, and carefully give the coils a good vacuuming.

It should be the blower in the air handler, the part that is inside the house. The condenser and compressor outside help to cool the air and won't prevent the air from flowing inside. It could also be clogged filters if it happened gradually over time. You should change your filters every month if you use it a lot. If it doesn't run that much you could change the filters every three months.

If you clean the condenser coils outside, it's best to use a hose. Try not to touch the fins too much because they bend easily and that will reduce efficiency.
