Plug in air freshners?

Question:are these considered fire hazards?i have the glade brand with the oil.makes me nervous when i leave the house

Answers:
They are only a poissible fire hazzards if you keep them plugged in with no oil in them.

If you unplug them or replace the refill when they are empty you should have no problems. The amount of electricity that goes through them is minimal so don't worry about it.

there is a e-mail going around about them, it says that they have caused some fires
Yes they are! Dont use them. The oil heats up and causes electrical outlet fires.
